01 Eligibility & age

All video, artwork, text, and software made available through the Service are owned by HDHentai.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content for your own non-commercial enjoyment. No other rights are granted.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you submit may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.
05 Advertising & premium
The Service is supported by advertising. By using the free tier you agree that ads — including pre-roll interstitials, banners, and sponsored placements — may be shown before or alongside content. Ad behavior, frequency, and the option to remove ads via a premium plan are described at checkout and may change over time.
Where a premium or ad-free subscription is offered, billing terms, renewal, and cancellation are presented before purchase and incorporated into these terms by reference.
06 Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HDHentai.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD 100.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.
08 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
